QFT. This was one of my favorite indulgences before MFP

The SF version is 15 calories per tbsp and the regular is 35

I actually just broke through a 6 week plateau by reducing the amount of exercise

Dixie!, I have no advice other than what you've already planned. I just wanted to lend my support and say that I KNOW that you'll be able to do this. You're determined and fearless - it's in the bag! Congratulations on the job offer. I know you've been waiting on this for a while. Keep us updated

I think 50lbs in 2-3 months is unrealistic. Set your goal to a more attainable level or you're just setting yourself up for discouragement and/or failure. I started at 203 and it took me 6 months to lose 50lbs

Wow your progress is amazing. I really think you're the only one who can really answer that question. It all comes down to your comfort/confidence level. If you're gonna wear it and spend the whole time hiding under a cover up then just wear the one piece. On the other hand if you're gonna wear it and STRUT...then go for…

You look amazing. Congratulations!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!. My belly looks like the road map of a third world village that just suffered a landslide

I've done Shred and I loved it, and it gave great results. I'm currently on my 2nd week of Slimdown and I think it's a better overall program. The Slimdown incorporates Shred (cardio/strength) , No More Trouble Zones (primarily strength training) and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (primarily cardio). The variety in the…

Don't force yourself to eat salads (insert you own food aversion here) just because it's healthy. This is a lifestyle change. Forcing yourself to eat foods you hate in order to lose weight will only work in the short term

The program works!! so just trust it. I graduated last week and have moved onto the 10K trainer. Run when she says run and don't stop until she says stop. I doubted myself the first run of each new week, but once I conquered W5D3 I knew I could finish it. When I started my plan was to continue until failure-but i never…

Awesome brag. Congratulations!

Ah-Mazing. You should be so proud of your accomplishment so far. Hope your date night is fantastic

Tips that helped me 1. Try the C25K program 2. Check out youtube videos on proper form when running 3. Get fitted for proper shoes (I haven't done this yet) 4. Slow your pace. If you can run slower then you're going too fast 5. Stretch properly before and after
-
So you realize that you CAN do it. The program is designed to work - believe me because I recently graduated from it and have moved on to a 10K trainer. Once you prove to yourself that you can run 20 minutes, the rest is cake

I've graduated from C25K and started the 10K trainer. I can run 4 miles non-stop-but I don't love it yet. I feel amazing after the run because of what I've accomplished, but the entire time I'm running my mind says "Stop, why are we doing this?" I'm hoping I'll learn to love it once it becomes effortless

That's a great NSV. It's hard enough to do 30DS when you're feeling well

You look great. Congratulations of your success so far. BTW your saris are gorgeous
