  • That is awesome...what kind of green tea are you drinking? I have found that Salada makes a good tea and it is infused with blueberries and grape skins for antioxidants. It is also decaf which I like at night. Kell

  • I used to be a PGA Golf Professional. The best advice I can give you is to start stretching. It is important to be flexible and loose...especially after a long winter. Every spring, I would see some bad backs! Good luck and have fun. :wink:

  • Hi Casta! You can do it! We all can. I need to lose nearly 100. Seems like a long haul, but it will be worth it. One day at a time. I have really enjoyed using the diary.
