A friend and my husband and I did the full 90 days. We really enjoyed it (as much as you can enjoy working out so hard). We did lean so not as crazy as the full. We just started with this awesome trainer in our town who has helped all sort of my friends drop the lbs. She says 25 to 35 grams a fiber a day is a must while dieting. Are you going more than that?

I am in your boat. My favorite way to wind down in the evenings is a glass (or 2 of wine) while making dinner. It's just such a pleasure. My issue is I hit a point where it just tastes like more and the wine carries on to dinner and then while hubby and I are watching our TV shows. Then I feel yuk in the morning.

Call a friend or family member that will boost your mood! Take a walk outside. Start a great new book. Write in a journal about your feelings. Enjoy a hot cup of tea. I feel for you. I get the blues quite a bit somedays to. I hate it. I am sorry you are feeling down...
