I have the FT4 too. The only issue is sometimes the display shows a 00 reading but it doesn't happen all the time. I just pause and restart when that happens.

Oikos non fat Greek yogurt is my go to. It comes in many flavors. I also indulge in a piece of light sugar free chocolate.

Yep. At 140pounds I am a size 6. I was also size 6 at 120 pounds. Thanks to exercise I am leaner even when 20pounds heavy.

5'3". I am in size 6 pants and small blouse size. Size 6 for dresses. That's thanks to weight training. Last time I remember being size 6 I was 20 pounds lighter.

I do 6 minute miles on interval training days. The key to running fast is not doing it everyday. Ample rend spinning willhelp.st is critical. Also eat before the run to energize yourself. Say an apple with peanut butter. Last but not least good strong leg muscles are a necessity. Squats and spinning will help.

I have lost 50lbs to date. I don't mind at all bragging about it when asked. I already know I was fat. Why be ashamed. I would be ashamed had I conyinued to let myself go to seed. Each to their own.

I have tightened the strap to Max, wetter the electrodes, washed it after use but my FT4 still malfunctions. My husbands works just fine. He never washes the strap (yuck). Go figure!!!! At 80bucks it is to expendive to replace with another. I wish there was an easier solution.

You seriously think strangers can answer that for you? You didn't add all that the weight in one night and it winy melt away fast either. It takes time. I do it because I want to set a healthy example for my kids. That's my motivation plus I like how I feel. Find something that turns you on aboutlosing weight.
