  • I took the dog for a walk. There's lots of stopping and starting as she is still just a puppy and we are training her, but it's exercise all the same.

  • Yes, fitting it all in sometimes is really hard. I hope your production goes well, and when it is over you should be able to get back into a good routine. Life gets in the way sometimes so try not to beat yourself up about it.

  • I am kind-of keen. I did 30 day shred two days ago and I can still hardly move haha. It might be the 60 day slim down for me! I haven't done any of Jillian's workouts for two months, I've been doing Zumba and walking, but I'd noticed my middle was slowly getting flabby again - ugh!!

  • I used to love going to classes as well, but yes, it got too expensive. At home I can do it whenever I feel like, and my children can join in (that makes it even more fun!). I tried the tone and sculpt dvd yesterday - that was so much fun! I really enjoyed it.
  • I agree with the accountability. I always feel a greater sense of accomplishment when I come and post in the group after my workout! Yes I do know what you mean!! Especially if I was up to one of the long workouts, I would go back and do Shred L1 for a couple of days before doing NMTZ or BFBM to "ease" myself back into it.

  • Day 12 - NMTZ. I didn't have a whole hour today so I just did quick trouble zones. Better than nothing!! I have had yet another two days off, my daughter has been sick.
