I'm 5'9" and i TRY to eat 1200/cals a day but usually go over.. on days that i work out i eat a little more. im still a size 7 though, so thats why im working out.

i did some research on bodybuilding.com and i learned that i would need for building muscles: vitamins, protein powder, and BCAAs... i just need a suggestion on which one is a good one to take since ive never had one of preference.

For me, by having my phone on me and not an ipod i get text from my bf or family and it adds pressure to cut my workout in half cause i have other things to do... the gym is to clear your mind, work on you and just feel good... but when u have outside sources cutting into that "ME" time.. it can really kill your work out.
