I don't know if this counts or not... but I moved away for a year and lost a lot of weight.. so when I came back, neither one of my parents recognized me. They thought I was one of my sisters friends and took a good while to figure out that it was me. lol

The weekly goals are a good idea! I might have to give that a shot today.

I'm doing great today. Getting ready to work out while my husband is at school and training for a 5k in about 5 weeks. I tend to lose my focus in the next couple of weeks, so I really hope that this group is the difference for me.

I'm really excited about this group with a small attainable goal. I am currently at 126, which is down from my starting weight of 131, but need to lose a little more. My target weight is 115, so if I can do this challenge with all of you I will have a good portion of the weight off :)
