Congratulations to her for finding a passion in this life!! Many are not so lucky. Immoral, and unethical -- never! Perhaps you could spend more time pursuing your own passions and less judging others....unless, of course, you are, actually, a judge.

I developed estrogen receptive breast cancer at age 33. My oncologist indicated I should avoid soy. At the time it was a big player in my diet.

I workout harder on weekends to allow for my chocolate and wine treats. Calculating on MFP keeps me in check. Good luck!! :)

I do not think we should ever judge anyone who is exercising -- seriously, shouldn't this community be a supportive one???

I have the same problem...I am 44, eat well, and exercise daily. I do have an early memory of withholding when I was in elementary school. My bowels have been sluggish forever! My GP put me on a metamucil regimen and I am in the process of scheduling a colonoscopy. The daily metamucil helps somewhat; might be worth buying…

Nice to read that I am not the only one who thinks that. I never add sugar to anything and have never met the goal. I like the idea of removing it from the tracking.
