I love this routine whether it is scientific or not.. it is simple to do yet very challenging. I definitely feel every bit of the workout!!

For me it was basically portion control.. i went about a week or so measuring servings and realized that I was eating two to three servings at a time!!!

I do so great thru the week - eat right or at least decent and exercise then comes the weekend .. one or two beers and maybe Friday night pizza- and its done…

I know, I think it is absolutely the most frustrating thing to have what took five days to do can be so quickly undone on the weekend. It seems like every weekend I am loosing the same three pounds over and over and over! Very frustrating....

Wow!! Thats all I can say! 169.4 at weigh in.... how did every one else do?

I am extremely close - I kind of changed the week to end on Sunday - since I had such a rough last weekend. today i weighed in at 169.8 so I didn't make it either. My goal now is to be 169. by the 7th - 168 by the 14th - 167 by the 21st and 166 by the 28th and then the final weigh in at 165 on the 4th. I am putting it in…

170.2 this morning so the goal would be 165.02 by the end of August - didn't start off to well - some one brought in a box of donuts and boy - way to easy to grab just one and eat it! 350 calories - basically my whole lunch hour spent working it off! Oh well - it was good - life is good - and here we go! Good luck to every…

That is a very good question... I have been at this awhile - first i lost 35 pounds then broke my ankle and gained most of it right back. Since then I have been desperately trying to get back to where I was before the broken ankle. Nearly a year later and I have still 6 more pounds to get just to the place I was! - I can't…

I'm in!! I will weigh in tomorrow morning too. Thanks - I am excited about the challenge!

welcome aboard - I am confident you will love this site - it is amazing and the people are great inspiration!

Ha me too... I also love the extra things this site does like syncs from computer to phone so you can enter in either place. I love how the phone app has a food scanner - my husband gets a kick out of me beeping in the kitchen scanning all my foods. There is so much to love about this place - welcome aboard!
-
Yes, definitely good luck! the one thing this site has done for me (well out of so many things this is the most important to me) It has made me aware of portion sizes - the amount of food I was eating - no wonder I could never loose weight! Any way welcome aboard!
-
Welcome aboard - I am sure you will find this site one of the best around!

It really is good to hear the other stories - besides my own frustration. I feel like i have been at this a while and feel like for the most part I have done every thing right and still seem to see the same numbers back and forth on the scale. I know i have done this one before and I will do it again! thanks for all the…

I am 45 as well, it is like I am on the roller coaster diet... i do so well then slowly rise back up again... frustrated ... been doing this for quite some time but my love for food is a deal breaker! But at least I have learned to maintain my weight for the most part- wont give up trying to loose these last 12 pounds…

I ended up injuring my ankle several times.. it is very frustrating when you are trying to loose weight but as a couple earlier postings suggested.. swimming is an incredible way to get great exercise with no pressure on the ankle. Some times it is a little more difficult getting in and out but over all a great way to keep…

I sure can relate to that .. I initially lost 35 pounds but then injured my ankle and have regain quite a bit back. the first time I lost the weight it seemed to come off a lot faster.. this time around i have been at it for 85 days and have only lost 8 pounds. My weekends kill me.. that and the fact that I have to cook…

That is a great idea... at least if nothing else so you don't have to go out and get it ... keep food in the house that you have to prepare... not munchie type food. If you have to stop and cook it you are less likely to make it ... and if you do it will probably be a little healthier than the munchie foods.

Welcome! I hope you find this sight and the mobile app as extremely helpful as I have! Good luck - and don't give up!
