161.8 this morning! Working towards 156.8 by the end of August. That's 1 pound per week and I am confident we can all do it!0

170.2 this morning so the goal would be 165.02 by the end of August - didn't start off to well - some one brought in a box of donuts and boy - way to easy to grab just one and eat it! 350 calories - basically my whole lunch hour spent working it off!
Oh well - it was good - life is good - and here we go! Good luck to every one!0 -

Hi, hope its okay with the rest of you if I join in too. I am currently floating between 157-159 and would like be 154 by the end of August. I had been doing really well, then my husband had the last two weeks off work, and bad habits came back way too fast! I need to remember why I'm doing this, ...I do not want to have another summer come again and be in the same place I am now!0

Well at least I lost, but I didn't meeet my goal of 1lb. I went from 161.8 to 161.4. So a 0.4 lb loss this week. I am trying to drink more water since the sodium in my PF Changs last night was not helpful. I WILL lose 1 lb this coming week.0

I am extremely close - I kind of changed the week to end on Sunday - since I had such a rough last weekend. today i weighed in at 169.8 so I didn't make it either. My goal now is to be 169. by the 7th - 168 by the 14th - 167 by the 21st and 166 by the 28th and then the final weigh in at 165 on the 4th.
I am putting it in writing and I am claiming it!! the real pressure is on now!0 -
