Day 12 and 13 I didn't post yesterday. Both days I was in the pool. Yesterday I also had physical therapy so between the pool and bike I think I burned almost 750 calories. Today I had to cut my workout a little shorter so I didn't do a few minutes of water waits. I did add more laps however and some included weights. I…

I weighed in today and was up 4lb :s However I have lost 3 inches and 2% of my body fat so I would say that is a success. Completely on a different subject. How do you all post someone's MFP name in your comment so that I don't have to quote everyone every time I want to congratulate someone.

Today I did 10 minutes on the exercise bike at the physical therapist and then at lunch I did 20 minutes on the stationary bike there. All in all it was about 300 calories. Rubygal90 it is never to late to join. This challenge is all about you and your goals. Mine is until my birthday. I have no intentions of stopping then but I plan to set that goal. Maybe yours is a month or a year whatever you want it to be with exercising. Just let us know and we will support you.

Day 10/97: I struggled today friends. I didn't makw it to the pool and my body is just sore all day. I wasn't sure how I'd do after the grocery store but I decided to suck it up and took y dog for a 20 minute walk. Not alot but something.

Day 9/97: I swam laps for about 30 minutes and then did roughly 15 minutes of weights in the pool. I counted it as leaisurly swim since it wasn't quite water aerobics. I also plan to start a new diet goal next week for myself. I will keep you all posted.

Absolutely we are glad to have you. Part of this challenge is to workout daily. I didn't do a full 100 days because I ant to set it for my birthday but if you want to do 100 days or 150 go for it. Myself and my family love pizza. I have seen a few cauliflower recipes online for dough but seems very difficult when you work and have 4 kids at home. Where can I get Fathead pizza crust. Is it in most supermarkets?

I had some ups and downs today. I did very well for breakfast and snack. Not so bad for lunch or even dinner but at 830 decide I needed a potato. Wasn't hungry but I think I was bored. I have got to find a way to work through my boredom. I have however work out at something for 75 days straight.

How did you decide to get started on Keto? Was it difficult? I am thinking of going either that route or paleo but I have a family at home and I'm not sure I can either cook separate meals or get them to eat keto when we are having family dinners?

Day 5/97: Physical therapy consisted of some needle therapy that being said as much as I didn't want to I got in an additional 10 minute squat workout in addition to the 10 minutes on the bike at physical therapy.

Todays Goal to keep moving. I had planned on getting in a swim but unfortunately my SO will be working late and I have to feed the kiddos. So can't get to the pool but I will do something. Either another fitbit workout or maybe a crossfit workout. Just not supposed to be lifting weights. All of this however will come after…

Day 4/97. Today I had physical therapy so after the poking and prodding and the wxeeciswa for her I managed to do a quick 20 minute workout with first at on my fitbit. Burned about 300 calories. Hoping to swim again tomorrow.

So today I stayed under my calories. I chose to do a workout in my fitbit. Burned about 300 calories. Still going slow due to my injury but I'm getting it done.
