100 day challenge.
I would like to start a challenge of working out. Doing some sort of activity for the next 100 days. Well 97 for me. My goal is my birthday. The exercise can be getting in 10k steps, walking a mile, lifting etc just some activity daily. Whose with me.

New to keto and need snack options
I have been doing really well but I was very hungry yesterday and felt stuck. I am a probation officer so I am often in my car or in court. I usually do cheese or broccoli bit I don't always have the option of keeping stuff cool. What snacks on the go would be good that do t have the stay cool.

I am planning on starting Keto on November 1st but I have several questions that the books can't answer. so as not to overwhelm anyone I'll start with one.
