Haha!! Thanks!!! I do! I drink Clipper, because it's organic so it doesn't go through the chemical decaff process that some do, plus I like that taste :o) There are quite a lot to choose from now though!

I too am a coffee lover! But converted to decaff about 3 months ago. There are some really good decaffs, Pret do a nice one. My legs look a million times better for it!!!

Hi guys! I am chronically tired today!!!!! My sleep has just been awful, I bought some valarian root today- maybe it'll help! Had a rest day yesterday as my arms were really sore from the weights (and still are!!) But I will work on my legs bum and abs tonight. Good luck for the weekend everyone!! And have a fab one!! xx

Morning ladies well I failed last night, not massively but still!! I had 2 square of green & blacks! Ooops! It's my TOM and I just feel so drained! To be honest I'm quite proud that I only had 2 squares! haha!

Yeah there's nothing wrong with rice crackers! What are the fruit bars? Could be high in sugar? All nuts are quite high in fat, but almonds are supposed to be the best, David Kirsch even recommends eating 5 a day! No more than that though!! I love them with flame raisins!

Well I didn't eat any junk, but OH got in a lot later than I thought and so I didn't have my dinner until 9.45! But it was just vegetable casserole so not too bad.

Well done bojangles!! Well I did 45 mins of weitght training again last night. My back was a bit achey though so I think it affected any ab work I did, my stomach doesn't feel as though I did anything!! Bad nights sleep last night so I'm going to keep it light tonight.

Me too, I actually did 30 mins last night so I can go with that! What kind of workouts are you doing? Mine will be mainly toning rather than cardio.
