Muscle Mass Help?!
Hi guys I have some fancy scales that measure my body fat (which is going down!!) and muscle mass (which is going up! Woop!) the only problem is, I know what the body fat reading means, but I'm not sure about the muscle mass at all. Can anyone help? Thanks!!! :flowerforyou:

Half Marathon!!!

Routine..what do you do/recommend?
Ok so, I am constantly changing the exercises I do, and whilst this is great for not getting bored it's not so good for progress!! Oh and I am talking strength training here- not cardio. Sleep's affect on weight loss?
Hi guys I have been sleeping really badly this week, most nights I am only getting 4-5 hours and normally I need 8 hours. Does anyone know how this can affect your weight loss? As I know that it can be detrimental but I'm not sure how. Thanks zzzzzzz.....
