Natalie, you are not a doctor either. You are simply the one who has to make the choice to trust one or the other. Given your medical condition, go ahead and do your plan as prescribed by your 'medical team'. If it works for you, then you have gained not only a better faith in healthcare, but a well being that is…

great job!! am having the same results but too chicken to show the before's. I can see the definition in your stomach coming through. Mine is doing the same. keep it up!!!

I lost my health insurance. I cannot afford to see a doctor. When I do go, they just write me a script for the meds. Best I can do so being able to breathe without them is wonderful. I will have rescue inhaler tomorrow at the gym just in case. I want to see what happens.
-
well whatever it is, I'm going to pay more attention to the cause now instead of the solution first. Glad you have improved also. I dont dare say it is completely gone, but it has drastically improved sans wheat so I'm very happy about this. It's quite liberating.
-
Will see. My mom has that book, She told me about it. I will check it out now, Thanks!

Well I'm not ruling anything out as of yet. It was just a small NSV that I noticed. I will still hold on to my meds in case of other issues. For instance, Ive always had exercise induced asthma, so will see how that goes on Monday at the gym but as far as the wheat allergy, yes I think thats a huge proponent. I just really…

oh yes I should lol. Im nearly 44. Been on the advair for 6 years. I hardly doubt it 'just kicked in'. Besides, it's not something that takes away the asthma, It only controls it. To actually wake up with air in the lungs, is better than weight loss. The goal is ---no meds. Id have to say that this is a much better…
-
yep thats exactly what I was thinking. A lot of other symptoms have gone also like swelling, joint pain I've had etc.
-
Oh I have the breathing machine, all the albuterol packs, and was on it forever. The advair worked best for me. I have no health insurance so no docs for me :)
-
I love love love how your weight went UP and your body fat went DOWN and you look better in the end. THIS IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT!! good job lady.
-
I'll be 44 this year. Welcome to your new life :) You can add me anytime.
-
Look it up where? That's a pretty harsh thing to say with nothing to support it.
-
how long have you been strength training? What exactly is your frustration? Ive been lifting very heavy since Sept. Definitely have changed my body immensely. It's been 4 months but I see huge amazing results now. Still slow going though. Give yourself time. You will get there. This advice given here is great btw.
-
Nope I say go for it too. Most likely, guy # 1 will be all like , "wtf, why doesnt she want me??" and start trying harder. Guys are so cute.
-
i go for it because it always boosts my weight loss
-
depends on what youre doing.

to hell with the guy who groping you. he's not gonna care if you go with his friend. He's probably already groping someone else. only women care about this stuff. just ask him for his friends number and move on with it. that's what I'd do.
-
Start strength training 3 x's a week. Heavy weight lifting. Bench presses, squats, rows etc. Eat clean, healthy foods. Have a treat too if you want. Cardio 3-4 days a week. Walking preferably. Some dancing if you like. Give it time. It will go away. DOnt wait to lose the weight, and then do the strength training. Start it…

More muscular definition, bones beginning to show, better balance, able to lift heavier things, no fatigue (not necessarily more energy), better focus, not as hungry due to lack of sugar spikes, etc.
