It depends how you space out your meals really, I've been doing it for a while now and I'm perfectly fine, I up it a little bit when I workout of course.
-
Eating less. I eat pizza and other junk foods at least once a week and I'm still down almost 50 pounds.
-
Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce. The fat will come off where it wants, even or not.
-
I actually prefer pounds, it makes me feel like I've lost more ;)
-
Give them away. Either to a family member or a charity.
-
After. You can get really tired after cardio and stuff up your lifting form.

Yep, I stopped a few months ago. I was getting way too obsessed with the number.

I haven't weighed myself in over a month. I threw out my scale and I think I'll weigh myself the next time I go to the doctor.

* Do half an hour. *Stop and do something more fun *Do another half an hour.

I usually don't log strength training, just cardio.
-
Yes. I use light dumbbells for strength training and I lost weight. I use this youtube channel for workouts http://www.youtube.com/user/XFitDaily This is my favourite one using dumbbells http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAGfBjvIRFI Good luck :-)
-
Hey, as long as we're losing.
-
No. But I'll continue weighing myself on the regular so I know if I need to start again.
-
Added, I'm almost 21 :)
-
Nice! You don't even look overweight!

I use an exercise bike whenever my pain (arthritis) flares up. Swimming in a hydro pool is also good.
