5'2'" started at 191 now at 146. My goal when I started this site was 140 cause I wasn't sure what some weights looked like on my short frame. Now that I'm close to 140 my new goal is 120-125

You know how people say "well she has a pretty face" My manager told another coworker of mine "she's pretty but she would be prettier if she lost 20 pounds" WTF kind of comment is that! He to some is a good looking guy and for some reason feels he can make those comments, Well I got him sent to sexual harassment classes!

What kind of foods do you like? If your eating some of the same foods over and over it could just be your body asking for a change. I had the same thing happen. There was something I ate way to often and ended up getting sick of it I just had to switch it up.

I know how you feel. It's a lot harder when you have a past with someone. I've always thought if I had a positive attitude or was happy and laughing they wouldn't notice my weight.

I've been there also! Then I found I was doing more damage to my self cause I was worried about the number on the scale. Just to get you back into it try to weigh yourself maybe once a week. I'm right there with you, 5'2'' stuck at 153. I know it won't last cause I went through it when I was in the 160's but I feel the smaller I get the slower and longer it will take to come off. Have you found any thing that has worked?

April 24th will be 1 month I've been juicing. Fridays are the days I have food but its fruits and veggies. I've lost 16 pounds so far.
