I have a naturally skinny hubbs but thank goodness he's not picky. His only requirement for meals is that it has to contain meat (or else it's just a snack). I've got about the same amount of weight to lose (though I sure won't miss it). Adding you!

Wow! I'm envious. They're so hard!

It made me laugh, a lot. I don't think it was supposed to be serious. If it was, it's even funnier.

I am doing Whole 30 for October so I'll be sober for October by default. I will definitely miss the wine! Add me if you'd like!

I saw that someone else mentioned the generic items as well, but I thought I'd throw my two cents in. I've found that I am terrible at eyeballing food and that even mass-produced items (such as biscuits) can have pretty decent weight variances. Food scales are very inexpensive and if you've already done this for a month…

You're not supposed to track cals on it, but I did. I had a problem with ceasing to eat when I'm full, especially if it's delicious. And let me tell you, those Well Fed recipes are amazing! If you were to count cals while on it, please don't pay attention to the MFP default macros. You will definitely be over on fat and…

Crossfit Wichita Wichita, KS Out-of-towners welcome, plan to call or come 15 min early.

I'm new and still suck at squats but I found this super helpful: http://youtu.be/WOLyHSIsPk0 I try to get to the box early and do a few of these before class and I think it's really helping! Good luck!

I started at the beginning of June and went from my couch to On-Ramp, which was 4 times a week. After that, we've gone about 3 times a week. I definitely notice a big change from when I started (with the strength...metcon still sucks bad for me) but I started with zero strength. I had to up my calories quite a bit to…

Good luck with getting your friends home!

I'm 28 and want to lose 130 lbs total. My goal is to be thin for my thirtieth birthday! I've lost 30 lbs in the past 3 months on here. Always looking for active friends that keep positive and that lose weight in a healthy way, so feel free to add me!

I think it's a great idea, especially since you're putting so much thought into it. I think you could do a few balloon animals. They're fun and will certainly take up a bunch of space, as well as adding to the funny-factor. Enjoy your day with her!

I don't live in the area but it's hard to get a lot of healthy foods here as well. I usually just hit up Amazon, which almost always has what I'm looking for. Good luck!

For every calorie I burn during exercise, I earn a penny towards the cost of this gorgeous Coach purse I bought that is sitting next to where I work out. I can't use it until it's been fully earned! Very motivating for me.

I have a nasty scar down my front from rib to hip from a botched gallbladder removal and when I hit my goal, I plan to do a monokini. Maybe that would be something you'd feel good in? Or you could look for a 1-piece with mesh insets. I used to think one pieces were gross but they have so many chic and sexy options now!…

I'm a fan of cottage cheese and fruit. It's super fast to get ready in the morning (if you take it with you) and has lots of protein which I like because it keeps me full.

I've been GF for about almost a year. Feel free to PM me with any questions!

I'm in the same boat as you, except I also try to avoid rice. I like miracle noodles, personally, but they're a bit of an acquired taste. I also like to have potatoes, especially Yukon golds. Real food is better for me because a lot of the GF products have rice in them. If I'm at a restaurant, I'll do the GF bread they…

I teared up reading this. What an incredible inspiration you are! Congratulations on your phenomenal transformation.

I'm 28 and looking to lose all my extra weight for the big 3-0. Anyone is welcome to add me as well!

I love Outback Steakhouse. I can have a small (but delicious) steak with a side for under 600 calories. AND they are one of the few chain restaurants that don't have gluten in their cheaper cuts of steak.

Personally, I would not say you need to lose more weight. I see ribs in that front view pic! If you're not happy with the way your body looks, maybe look into toning, etc? But I think losing any more weight would be a mistake as I see you as quite thin.

Thanks for sharing! Congratulations on your success so far!

For me, it was fixing the inside first. Once I started actually liking myself, I found it much easier to diet. Yeah, I have a lot to lose (over 100lbs) but that doesn't define me as a person. Getting my outside to start matching the way I feel about my life is exciting and that's where I get my motivation from. I used to…

Thanks for sharing! You've done a wonderful job! Congratulations on your success!

Hi Bianca! I know exactly what you mean. My hubbs and I have a bunch of single friends and we spend a lot of time with them where there are invariably lots of drinks to be had. San Diego is such an awesome place. I've only been once but while I was there, I was struck by how many people were out walking and running! I…

I feel the same way! After I posted that I was looking for friends, the response was overwhelming and wonderful. I feel very blessed to have connected with such great people!

Happy to be friends, Julie! Looking forward to the journey, together.

@lidybug1984 Nice to meet you! Glad to be friends and I know you'll be successful as well in hitting your goal. @dsheilds2013 It's great to have realistic goals, isn't it? I'm gluten free because of an allergy to wheat. It's not nearly as dramatic as Celiac's (I don't have to worry about cross contamination, thank…
