I am getting rather discouraged and looking to get some more encouragement from friends here. Feel free to add me and I will do my best to encourage you too! I have about 50 lbs more to lose. I work out and am now on a mostly gluten-free diet. Thanks so much!!! :)

    Hi Julie. I like to look at my daily accomplishments rather than think about reaching my target weight. My blood pressure has been improving, waistline is decreasing, energy level is increasing, old clothes are fitting again :-), and overall I just feel better about myself and feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment. Even after reaching your target weight you still have to work at it to maintain it so I feel it's very important to recognize your daily accomplishments.

    On a side note regarding gluten free diets, I've read that unless you have a medical reason you shouldn't avoid gluten in your diet. I don't know your situation but here is the link to the article if you're interested.
