The best piece of advice I can give is to SLOW DOWN. If you're running and you think you can run slower, then you're going too fast. I understand how you feel! I lost 23 pounds last year, then got promoted to a desk-job at work. I sit most of my day now, and once I get home from work I'm so tired that I don't feel like exercising.
