Looking at these numbers, I'm a little surprised because I don't feel like I've been on track at all lately. When I first started out [in January] I would be really good during the week & then maybe have a 'cheat' day on Saturday or Sunday, or when a friend spontaneously wanted to go out. I was eating tons of veggies & foods that were low calorie and easy to track. It was easy for me. These days, it seems like I'm going over my goal every other day & eating a lot of foods that I can't track accurately. I'm super stressed & school is kicking my butt. A good reminder-to-self that I don't have to be perfect all the time to keep making progress. :]0 -

My colitis has been over active the past few days so I didn’t expect a big number and I’m ok with this progress.
I’m eating well, exercising regularly and sleeping good and these are all victories!
Observations are that some may have Easter gained. It’s okay. Enjoy life and the moment! Get

at this point I'm just hoping to be down to 152 at the end of the month. I would really like to be at least back down to 150 (which is what I weighed this Christmas before I started studying more intently for the bar exam in February) by the time I go to the beach with my fiance's family for Memorial Day. My wedding was 6 months from Saturday and while 140 was my goal last summer, now I would be thrilled just to get back to 145.0 -
For three weeks, i've been sick with headaches/stomachaches/sinus infection --- total misery.
I'm thinking about dropping out... there's been virtually no progress for the past 2 months. :brokenheart:0 -

Was down to 112 and started lifting more and have gained 6 solid pounds bringing me to 118. I've recently put on another 10 and would like to lose these 10 plus 3 or so more pounds.
Being accountable and honest that I gained back my progress and had some serious binges for 7 days straight and feel like absolute **** but I will not give up, need to dust myself off and try again. it's only 10 pounds I can do this.
Hopefully by this Saturday I will be back at 126 and hopefully by the 30th 124 at least. It's possible..0 -
