Hello everyone, This is want I need to get me started again. Been on and off for the past 6 month loss the pounds and gain them right back with a few more. I need motivation!

So happy its getting warmer out. I want to add jogging/walking to my Jillian Michaels body rev.

I've not participated in any of these challenges before. Maybe it will inspire me to get my lazy butt up in the morning to do some exercising. I prefer to work out in the middle of the day, but no place to do it at work. (Yet. They included a gym in their expansion plan, however it keeps getting pushed back. I think my fellow women would get perturbed if I holed up in a bathroom for 30 minutes to workout. Tried walking, but fused foot bones don't like excessive walking. At least, mine don't.)
