I really, really need some motivation! March was not a good month at all. I seem to have reached this horrible plateau between 181 and 180 and can't get the scale to go below 180. Instead of getting inspired and doing better, I have had two days of mostly snacking and not eating very healthy, (although still logging everything). So, here I go....tomorrow is a new month, new resolve, new motivation.....Bring It On!0 -
