Went to a late night show at a club (Yes - on a Wed night, secret story) and naturally I had to have two light beers. Ugghh. It was a good time, great show. and I didn't go overboard. But technically, a point for LNS. Me: 2 LNS: 1

First posting, so I have a partial month. Starting it off right: Me: 1 LNS: 0 I have class 5 until 9 PM tonight. Getting home close to 10. Very late dinner? - IDK. Stay tough LNS Fighters!

This group is such a good fit for me. I always do well until dinner time and then it goes badly. So, my criteria will be: 1) After dinner - just 250 cal worth of snacks, 2) no snacks, just 0 cal drinks after 10 pm. Good luck to everyone else here. I feel your pang.

MFP has me at 1700 to lose 1.5 lbs a week, but I strive to be under 1500. Sometimes the stupidest snacks or serving choices ruin the whole day for me. Thank goodness the weather is getting better and getting out to exercise will be more attractive.
