Friends? What friends?

Congratulations. That's awesome! My wife deals with the same problem, but to a lesser extent. She has a really poor diet, and I'm always getting after her. I'm definitely going to point out your post.

Any tips for the masses on how you mount a cell phone on a tripod or stand it on edge?

I love it. Tell the commie pinkos to shove it. ;)

Same thing here. I started a major cardio routine in January, and my starting heart rate was always around 100 bpm. Now, I drive to the gym with the monitor on, and my heart rate is 59 or 60 bpm. Makes one stop and think when you consider all the extra work the heart has to do when one isn't in shape.

I ordered a Taylor glass scale from Walmart for $30, and they shipped it for free. I can get on it three times in a row and get the same three readings.

Seems like most everybody here talks up the Polar models, but I really like my Garmin FR60. It does just about everything I would like it to do.

Make sure you have a seat that fits you. You shouldn't have to try to be comfortable on a 3 mile ride. As was said already, they make seats for each sex because of the different anatomy.

BPM%Max = Percentage of max heart rate InZone BPM = Should be related to your max heart rate. There are different target heart rate zones depending on your goal. What do the instructions tell you?

My first thought was " wow, she went from Camilla to Princess Di".

I'm a little more old school. Any of the first four Rocky movies can get me off my butt.

Smokin'!!!

You look great. Good job!!

Sounds like a good question for your doctor.

Hot stuff! Good work

Carrots are always my late night snack!

I agree with DonnaLFitz. I've dealt with some mild depression over the years, and the best thing I've found is to get moving. As others have said, you may need to seek professional help. You'll have to make that decision.

What heavy means actually depends on you and your ability. You're going heavy if you're doing an exercise with your dumbbells, and you get to the point that you struggle to finish that 10th or 15th rep. Going light would be if you could perform the exercise endlessly. You wouldn't be doing yourself much good if you curled…

Have you adjusted your profile settings since you started losing weight? If not, do it because you require fewer calories as you lose the weight, but the website doesn't make the changes automatically.

I love my Garmin FR60. It has bike, run, and general settings. You could use it in general mode for something like P90X. I find that general is pretty accurate when compared to my rowing machine's readout. It comes with the watch, chest strap, foot pod, and usb stick for uploading to the Garmin website. The website is…

I love rowing! I bought a Concept2 model D in January, and I row at least 5 days a week. I started with 5,000 meter sessions and now do 10,000 meters. I've logged over 380,000 meters since starting. There are also different ways to row fast. You can move up and down the rail quickly without pulling hard, or you can move up…

They don't have a drive thru, but my fast food of choice is a Qdoba naked burrito. The pulled pork is great.

Just about anything from the Rocky movies.

I looked at a top 20 worst list not long ago. Didn't keep the link, but it's amazing how many restaurants put a salad on the menu that is over 1000 calories. You might as well order a steak than most of the salads at the big chains. Be careful out there.

Taylor 7519, walmart.com, less than $30

I can jump on my Taylor, get a reading, jump off and do it again (several times) with the exact same reading. Might be a bad scale then I guess.
-
Do you have it on a hard, flat surface?
-
So that's what grass looks like. We haven't seen our grass in a while. Congrats.

Love the pics on the scale. Beautiful!
