I'm 5'6" and 39 years old, I began lifting 10 weeks ago and I am currently at: 8 rep 2 sets 90 lbs chest press 100 lbs lat pull down 151 lbs tricep push down 400 lbs calf press 320 lbs leg press I'm loving it!!

I weigh almost everyday but I only record the weight if there is a loss, otherwise I just take note of what the scale says and move on.
