I am 26 5'9" Sw: 256 Cw: 196 Gw: 165 I eat 1550 calories a day plus whatever I earn hy working out. Usually 300~800. Unless of course I have a few beers... then I tend to eat everything in sight. I do not reccomend this.

You can do this! I started at 256 in march so I know how you are feeling. I just got under 200 this month! One day at a time and remember that you will mess up here and there but you just have get back on the wagon and keep going. Feel free to add me if you want

You can add me! I've lost just under 60lbs since march without any medication for my pcos. I eat around 1550 cals a day and exercise for 30 min to sn hour 4 or 5 days a week.

Knowing thay I never want to go back to being as fat and untheathy (and lets face it... unhappy) as I was! Plus I live in an asian country where all of the ladys are very small :) I want to one day be able to buy clothing here!

Add more veggies. Bring carrot sticks for lunch or as your snack. Add a salad or broccoli to dinner. They go a long way in filling you up without many calories...

Search "boiled the broiled wings". I make these about once a month and they are delicious! I do have to limit myself on the blue cheese dressing though.
