Thanks for the tips! Sorry to hear about your banana sensitivity now. I've been eating bananas mostly in the morning, but I can't eat more than maybe 3 a day. I know there are these 'banana diets' but I don't think I could do that.. haha!

Yes the lunges are KILLER! I couldn't do the lunge section of the workout continuously. I had to keep switching from the modifier to the non modifier it was so brutal! Good luck on your future workouts :)

I started the 10 week program yesterday! I did the Cardio and Speed videos once each before I officially started the program though, and I enjoyed them!
