If I go to bed within 2 hours of a very light, easy to digest dinner, I avoid the time when hunger sets in. Also, I find that doing something that I enjoy and that is tough to do while eating keeps me from needing a snack. I sew or paint. Reading in bed would work for me also, as I don't eat in bed.

1 egg scrambled with 1/4 C egg whites followed by 1/2 C quick oatmeal cooked in the microwaive with 1 C skim milk. After cooking the oatmeal, I add 10g walnuts. 2 C black coffee. No Splenda this time. :(

Congratulations on what you've lost so far! I'm wondering if you are using the charts to track the nutrients in addition to calories. My doctor tells me I won't lose weight if I don't limit my carbs.
