I use 3-4 drops of liquid Stevia in my tea.

Don't know about the butter, but I know that they put pancake batter in their omelettes and scrambled eggs. So much for healthy eggs!

You look great! Congrats on your success :)

Have some air popped popcorn. Low cal - about 35c per cup, but a decent amount carbs - about 6.5g per cup. You could have 4 cups and meet your caloric an carb goal.

Cheese (and pretty much most other dairy) - it's not worth the agony afterwards.

Turkey Chili 2 lb. lean ground turkey 1 med. yellow onion 2 cloves chopped garlic 3 sliced carrots ( I actually use a bag of baby carrots but it all depends on if you really like carrots that much) 1 small bag/box of frozen corn 1-28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce 2 tablespoons Chili Powder 1 tsp. cumin…

That sounds YUMMY. I'd have to do it without the cheese & cornstarch but you had me at sausage and sauerkraut.

If I don't drink enough water with bars, I will definitely bloat. I usually drink a 16 oz. bottle of water.

Calories are calories are calories. How you choose to use those calories is the ONLY difference.

Vega has stevia and is the only one that doesn't upset my stomach.

I am thinking a Sharky's Power Plate - maybe beef or shrimp.

I mason jar salads a few days a week. I can make them on Sunday night and grab one on the mornings I know I won't get out for lunch. As long as you layer them properly, nothings gets soggy. (not my picture, just an example).

Awesome job mama! Post c-section weight loss isn't easy. With my first I was so bloated with fluids, over the age of 35 and I hadn't lost a single lb when I left the hospital. It took me a good year to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. With my last, I was a bit wiser and lost the first 15 before I left the hospital and…

Can't wait for Cuties season

It seems like you are doing great. You did say you wanted to keep dinners low carb though so I would cut out the rice.
-
Quest bars for sure! I love Apple Pie, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Chocolate Brownie. The cookie dough and brownie taste so good heated up for about 5-6 seconds.

Just posting so I Can come back to this. I am anxious to hear other people's answers.

Lunch. I probably consume the bulk of my day's calories at lunch. Breakfast is very light or non-existent and dinner is so inconsistent because I don't get home tip after 7pm.
-
I haven't tried the White Chocolate Raspberry yet. I love the Apple Pie, Cookie Dough and Chocolate Brownie.

I glanced at your diary and it was really dismaying. The things you are eating are spiking your blood sugar - peanut butter & jelly with chips for lunch is not a well balanced meal. And you snacks alone were totaling over 1200 calories a day. All you seem to be eating is junk food.

Coconut oil Freeze dried fruit (not regular dried - the ones I get come in a box of 15 packs of freeze dried and it's less sugar then regular dried) Raw Honey Frozen veggies Wholly Guacamole

The first month or so of Paleo I ate a lot of eggs. I do love meat and could easily eat it at every meal, but it does get expensive when you are buying grass fed meat. Though I have found that I can buy a 1 lb. grass fed flank steak and get 3 meals out of that, 1 lb. of grass fed ground beef, mixed with ground chicken…

I'm am just under 5'4", 114 and stay around 1200. But I am also 43 yrs old and have a slower metabolism.

Yikes - less than 500 calories a day?! There are probably better ways to keep your carbs low.

My go to afternoon snacks... Air popped popcorn (I pop it at home and make portion baggies) Quest bar Lara bar Deli ham dipped in mustard Hard boiled eggs

Breakfast for dinner is always a lifesaver. Good quality frozen meatballs are fast and easy (side of veggies). Pasta with veggies thrown in, quesadillas are fast, a good sandwich with a side of raw veggies and dip. I work full time and usually don't get home til after 7, leaving my man to handle all 3 kids so an hour or so…
