Thanks! I think I have around the same goals you do (from seeing your ticker) but I'm taking mine 30 lbs at a time. 100+ lbs to loose seems so overwhelming to me. I'm so mad at myself for getting this fat - I've never been overweight before and it just all got out of control. I love my iPhone and apps. I'm not sure how I…
