Hi! I downloaded the myfitnesspal app on my iPhone months ago, but didn't use it until about three weeks ago. I've lost six pounds in three weeks. Yay! I love the app and I think it really helps keep me accountable. I have a sweet tooth and I'm an emotional eater. My goal is to loose around 100 pounds. (I put on about 50 pounds my last year off college, then had a very stressful job and gained even more weight. )

    Welcome and way to go on those lost lbs already. I can't wait to get my new phone next month so I can upload my app too!

    Thanks! I think I have around the same goals you do (from seeing your ticker) but I'm taking mine 30 lbs at a time. 100+ lbs to loose seems so overwhelming to me. I'm so mad at myself for getting this fat - I've never been overweight before and it just all got out of control.

    I love my iPhone and apps. I'm not sure how I ever lived without it. :smile:
