Breakfast before gym

Hi! I'm new to going to the gym & was just wondering what is best to eat for breakfast before a morning workout?

I'm not sure if this is the best, but I usually just eat a banana before I work out in the morning.0

I usually have vitamin, fish oil supplement, orange juice and 3 or 4 fried egg whites (high in protein). Hunger is completely cured and always have plenty of energy.0

I prefer not to eat before a morning workout. It makes me feel sluggish. If I absolutely must, I will just have a string cheese or protein shake:)0
