i usually toast wheat bread and put a bit of pb sometimes jelly Granola bars Oranges Grapes Cookie thin crisps Light yogurt Cheese cubes I cant eat a lot of fruit that i would bc of allergies but if i mix and match im pretty content lol... I hope that helped :)

omg im 5'7" too! and im currently 252...started at 260! :( im currently trying to get under 200....and when i get there ill most likely try to get to 160ish... i log in everyday, even though my logging was thrown off because i lost my phone one day last week and didnt lol (i still counted cals) we can do it together every…

try switching up the amount of calories you eat everyday and the workouts as well. that way you 'trick' your body and it doesnt plateu.:) and dont feel bad, you already have done a great job by losing what you have!! it helps me when i look at pictures of myself in the weight i dont want to be.... good luck!!
