Fabletics and Gymshark have successfully passed all my squat tests

Is your gym...in heaven?
-
Ooh, I'm going to look into this. Thank you!

Getting more sleep is currently the big change I'm really trying to implement. I think only managing max 6 hours is really effecting my training & recovery and making getting lean so much harder. That and stress. Must be less anxious. Must stop being so stressed about making myself less anxious...

Lol I flippantly said I was cutting in the office one day when my manager commented on me not taking any of the usual office treats and the look of alarm on people's faces :s I just don't like saying 'dieting' either because then everyone wants to give you their woo advice. Yeah I'm not stressing about 1kg, like yours it…

Back from my holiday and a kilo up from before I left. Tried to keep it restrained but I just can't resist Mediterranean food! First morning back in the gym today though and I felt fricking strong again - refeed was clearly needed. Now back to it but slowly. Think I want to lose another 4kg but realise this is partly how I…
-
I'm going to start at 1600 and see how I go - a higher calorie day/week seems an excellent plan though...

2 months into the cut and I'm down 4kg. Was beating up on myself pretty hard because I don't really feel like I look any different, but having done some picture comparison I actually do look pretty lean & strong so should stop being so hard on myself. Unlike the rest of you ladies, my problem area is always my stomach, but…

Yeah, I find this interesting too. I lift in the morning and it makes me ravenous for the rest of the day, even with eating a tonne of protein. Conversely, both LISS and higher intensity cardio really seem to suppress my appetite. I'm clearly in opposite world to everyone else.

Oh my god the unicorn ones are a basic gym essential. Apologies in advance to my bank account. Also clocked your superhero leggings. Awesome AF.

Late to the party (as always) but loving the new thread name. Cutting starts today - leaping in at 1500 cals before a little diet break end of April. I'm going to Italy and there is no way I'm not eating ALL the pasta.
-
Never thought I would say this...but I'm at that point too. I mean, nowhere near the calories you've been having, but I'm just so full all the time. Genuinely looking forward to defluffing in April.
-
@sardelsa still bulking for another 3 weeks here, and also have veered off into just eating anything and everything territory...it feels so good! @psuLemon sending all the very best to you and your wife
-
I do both. Will add in more runs from next month when I'm cutting.
-
I'm keeping on the bulk until end of March, cutting until I feel less fluffy and then going to hopefully maintain during the summer. All about the holiday bulk next time around.

Eek sorry about your head injury, I fell just before Christmas and bashed my head and still have a slightly painful bump so I know how awful it is. Adding another week or two might be worth while just so you can take this time to recover a bit. I'm going to power through until end of March rather than mid-March now. Stupid…

Two days leading up to my period I get crazy starving. I now understand the pattern and just go with it, knowing that for those two days I will most likely be in a surplus but will feel much better for it. Like others, I don't believe in 'cheating', I just make decisions based on what works for my goals and the day; if…

Oh great thanks, this has been super helpful.
-
Ooh thanks. Adding to my payday shopping list.
-
Cool, I'm going to dig it out and have a re-read - I'm just bored of my old trainer's programme and ready to give something else a go now I'm going to be training on my own.
-
Yes, of course, I'd picked that up from other threads (hello, I'm a serial lurker). Definitely given me some more to think about though, so thanks!
-
Yeah, I just wondered if you had recommended it for your wife as you were doing BLS. BLS/TLS just don't seem to get as much love as other programmes on the boards, so it's interesting to me that you're calling them out. Cool, I might have a re-read and decide from there. And please, geek away.
-
Ooh I bought TLS aaaages ago but also bought Strong Curves. Now I'm no longer going to be working with a trainer I've been struggling to decide which programme to go with. Would you rate TLS? Also, sorry to hear about your wife's medical issues. Hope she feels a bit better soon.

It's such clever marketing. Get that FOMO into you to make you shop like mad. My bank does not appreciate the technique however...
-
My leggings addicted heart understands your pain. Can't believe you guys got me hooked on a site that rarely restocks damn it!
-
Boo. They have one left in my size that I'm just hoping is still there at the end of the month... Saving for DC sounds very sensible though and will be better than leggings.
-
They ship to the UK. Super hero leggings here I come... Also broke damn it!
-
Oops, my bad :D

Hi! I think you might find this thread of interest: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1308408/why-aspartame-isnt-scary/p1 Elphie - you have so much love from people on this forum. I'm a quiet one but have been following your threads and am so rooting for you and baby. Sending many hugs.

I feel like pulling some creepy Miss Haversham shiz on housemates and covering all the mirrors in the house, but I reckon they'd finally just have me committed... Lift numbers are just going up and up and up. Deadlift looking particularly awesome; hit 80kg on Monday which I'm dead proud of. Also feeling way more energetic…
