Merrill down and dirty Tough mudder Spartan Beast. Those are my regular races. :) signed up for the Spartan Beast and 7sar (it's new!!!). Will not be able to do Tough Mudder this summer and completely bummed about it.

It's not your clothes that are going to get your ability to surpass your anaerobic threshold or build up your V02 max. It is training. If you're working on furthering distance add more progressive long runs. If you're looking for a faster speed do fartlek training and intervals.

Where it says serving size (4oz) and calories per serving: 280 and servings per container: 4 serving size- say you eat 4 oz of whatever was in that container, then you would have eaten 280 calories if you eat the whole container than you would have eaten 1,120 calories (4*280).
