  • When you juice those items they lose the fibre so the values change. I've been using 'http://juicerecipes.com/build/' to calculate the calories after the individual items have been juiced and now adding them with 'Quick Add'
  • I second this - You Are Your Own Gym.
  • "Toxic foods and chemicals are not the only causes of gut damage. Toxic thoughts can cause trouble, too." You're right they're not the 'only' thing to cause problems, but if you have to start somewhere then at least start with food which is easier to change than someones mind.
  • I can't create a recipe as the item I'm trying to add is a juice I've made myself with a juicer, but 'Quick Add Calories Only' is also on the app when you scroll right to the bottom as your prompted to search. It works just fine, thanks.
  • I've asked juice recipes if they're planning on making an app. It would be much easier. With iOS 8 coming soon, it allows apps to send data back and forth, so that way you could build a juice in juice recipes and all that info could be added to MyFitnessPal.
  • There is a new Fitbit coming out soon called the Fitbit Flex I'd wait for that before deciding.
