                Do it for you. You have to remember that just because you're eating healthy, doesn't mean everyone else has the responsibility to cater to you. Don't put it on anyone else - encourage yourself! Plus, you need practice saying no because there are temptations all over!

                ALL of my jeans are officially BAGGY on me - I found that out this past weekend. And I crave cooked broccoli!! Definitely a good change :)

                When you run or exercise, make sure you're not on your toes. Hit your heels on the ground first, this helps prevent shin splints. I know you can wrap them to make them feel better - research online and find some remedies.

                Chug down water, whether it sounds good or not. It will fill your tummy and you'll be too full to want snacks!

                Set weekly and monthly goals, then reward yourself. It makes the daily grind easier when there's a purpose in sight.

                Wendy's: Grilled Chicken Go Wrap and Mandarin Orange Cup = 300 calories I would say, just check th calories of the foods you want before you eat them and stay as healthy as you can. It's pretty hard to do it on the road so don't be too hard on yourself.

                Haha WAAAAAYYYY less than other fast food places. There's not much sodium if you choose the sandwich correctly.

                I always check calories for restaurant foods before I eat them. You can find low cal options but it's definitely difficult.

                How much did you put that you want to lose per week? Maybe your goal is too high if you're starving.

                MFP already gives you a number that's under what you burn without exercise per day. So, if you stick to that, you're burning more than you consume. It's always up to you if you would like to eat back what you burn in exercise or not.

                Careful with Applebees under 550 calorie meals. They may be low in calories, but they KILL you in sodium!!

                The Lifestyle Changing Part. Everything I've tried before was just a temporary plan. I wanted to lose so much so fast and then go back to living like a pig. This time, I'm doing it slow enough that I can maintain and keep this lifestyle going :)

                Oh it's been the fad FOREVER now - but every single person I know who tried it is fat again. I tried it for about a week. It's just another way that people think they can lose weight fast without doing it the old fashioned (healthy) way.

                Just do it. Once you make yourself do it for a couple of days, it's easy. Also, if you drink water that's more room temp. than cold, it's not as chilly when you drink it!
