Arms... AGAIN

                    OK so I voiced some concern not very long ago about my biceps getting too large. Everything I read says women wont bulk up like men.. well I have a hormone problem which I failed to mention. My testorone was 3xs what is should have been back in December before I got on my meds. Well I decided after reading what everyone said and all these articles that I will just do a little bit with my arms and it should be fine. I hadnt worked out in 2 weeks because my kids have been sick and then I got sick and I just feel out of routine. Well I started back and after the little bit of arm excerises I have done, my arms are bulking up!! So this has to be because of my hormone problem and the meds are probably not working very well right? But until I cant get all this under control does anyone have any workout suggestions? I am waiting on my 30 day shred DVD to get here but Im afraid of using weights because I am so scared my biceps will get way too big. HELP!

            I would stick to cardio.0

            Isn't it a shame that muscle is always wasted on those who don't want it... :huh:0

            cardo too also a trainer told me that to not tone up to lift 30% of your max lift so if you can lift say 100 lbs than work out with 30lbs now i am no exp. but hope this helps0
