  • Agreed! It's totally about a lifestyle change! That's truly changing your mind set! I want to live like no one else (not giving into the American way of over eating and indulging in unhealthy foods) so that I can live like no one else enjoying being active, youthful and healthy as long as I can!
  • Totally agree! The normal way of life and eating for me now is clean. But we do schedule and plan cheat meals once in awhile which actually boosts our metabolisms and curves any cravings that we may have for unclean foods simply because after eating them you don't feel well.
