Insanity...not making me sore.
So I have a question of sorts. Does Insanity make anyone out there sore? I mean don't get me wrong the workouts are intense and hard. Runner's Mouth...What. In. The. World?!
Does anyone out there experience runner's mouth? I know it is totally gross but what in the world? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can not get this? I've tried different chap sticks, lip gloss, nothing etc and I still get the same sticky "goupe" after a long run. Not cool! HELP!

I can't seem to eat my workout calories all back since I've started working out twice a day now. I usually workout at 5AM with Insanity and then run about 3 miles on my lunch break.
