Nutella on a graham cracker. Or a handful of cocoa puffs. We don't eat chocolate cereal in our house for breakfast, but sometimes I'll buy it and have a handful of dry cereal if I'm craving chocolate later in the day.

Thank you so much! You're right - I likely would tend to gravitate towards the back, but know that being near the front would be best for me! I just looked at the schedule, the next class that I could make work is next Monday. I put it on my calendar!

Thanks for posting this. I see a noon hour spin class locally that I'd like to try, but it seems so intimidating. I think I'll print out the gym schedule again and fit a class in thanks to the encouraging words from everyone. Thanks again for posting this!

I'm the same way. I like my kids to choose to eat healthy. We are also more old fashioned, in that I don't usually alter our meals for them. They eat what the adults eat (mostly). They'll go through phases of not eating much and (like in true mom fashion), I'll start to worry about their intake and I'll make them a…

A trainer once suggested to me purchasing a book for your IPOD - and only allow yourself to listen to the book while you workout.

I've been once-a-week grocery shopping for over a year now, and buying exactly what we need for the week. It's such a saver for me, money-wise, time-wise, etc.
