It's still so early on the west coast, but I'm curious. . .what are YOU having for dinner tonight? I have chicken breasts thawed, and some broccoli, mushrooms and snap peas that need to be used up.

Fresh Basil
I just returned from Trader Joe's where I bought a whole carton of fresh basil leaves. What would YOU do with fresh basil? I'm thinking mozzarella and crackers. . LOVE basil. . .mmmm.
