I eat pretty healthy i stay in my caloric goal intake ...breakfast is usually a smoothie of some kind...lunch tends to be somehting like salad or a lean cusine while at school or work...um snacks are typically carrots with hummus or something like that and dinner is usually steamed veggies a salad and lean protien .

Just grab that healthy little baby and look at him or her and say im your mommy your learning how to be a healthy individual from me and plop them in a stroller and go for a walk if thats not an option find "mommy and Baby" workouts then maybe you will enjoy it more ...plus you need to just start today just do it just do…

Thanks lol Im like hmmm what does this mean...I mean I just started this and I wasnt counting calories b4 so I wasnt sure lol I was just working out and eating when I was hungry lol
