elliptical and a plateu

I have been doing my cardio about 3 times a week on an elliptical and initially i was seeing results but now im just staying at the same weight ...suggestions ? I have changed the resistance I have worked out longer ....what machines have you used to get success ...

    What's your diet like? Nutrition is the key to weight loss, working out is just icing on the cake and good for your health.
  • I eat pretty healthy i stay in my caloric goal intake ...breakfast is usually a smoothie of some kind...lunch tends to be somehting like salad or a lean cusine while at school or work...um snacks are typically carrots with hummus or something like that and dinner is usually steamed veggies a salad and lean protien .
  • Although last week I did fall off the band wagon and had a day of terrible unhealthy eating
