Signing in on 10/11/2017. Stayed below calorie allowance and everything logged including my evening snacks. 45 minutes walk and 30 minute static bike ride. 10/10 happy with that so far. Looks like everyone is doing great. Have a good weekend everyone.

You must stick with it and be patient, this is not a quick fix. You need to log everything you eat and drink and log what excercise you do. Use a food weighing scale to ensure portion control. You can do this but patience is a must as is determination. Good luck

I would advise you log everything you eat and drink and put all your stats in MFP so that it will generate your daily calorie allowance, that way you can ensure you stay within your allowance and get a desired result, good luck

Singing in for the 5thday Stayed within calorie goal 30 minute burn on static bike and 45 minutes housework. All foodanddrink logged including what I have planned for this evening 5/5 days I'm pleased with that. Tommorow adds work to the mix let's hope I can stay focused. Hope you all have a good evening

Agree totally, we are all responsible for what we do and itsgood to have the encouragement. I rarely eat bread I think I would struggle much more if I did.

You have made a great step in joking MFP. Please don't feel embarrassed. You can lots of support. My advice stick with it through good and bad, log all the you eat and drink and stay true to yourself. You can look at others diaries and get ideas. Good luck
