Don't try going to classes if it is a stress inducer for you. You can do things in the comfort of your own home, even stepping on the spot will get you moving. Once you start to lose weight and move more you will have more confidence, don't force yourself to do things you aren't comfortable with. Good luck

Checking in I stayed well within my calorie goal and looked everything inncluding the evening fruit etc I intend to have. I walked for at least 45 minutes and completed 15 minutes on static bike. Day 4 completed successfully

Hi I hope you are all having a good day. I'm feeling positive so far- got to keep this up. I kept with my calorie goal and logged everything. I completed 75 minute walk and 30minutes on static bike. 3/3 days so far. Have a good evening

I'm 70 and still trying. Been on here over 4 years and got stuck at 47lbs lost. Determined to shift some more but it's hard and it's slow for sure. Good luck to you all.

Yes it's hard, but the only way is to stick with it even when things don't appear to be moving, if we don't stick with it we put on more and more weight and so the vicious cycle. I wish you very good luck
