It doesn't work unless you log everything, you cant guess at these things. Start logging and then see where it takes you.

Put all your data in MFP and try putting a los of 0.5lb or 1 lb a week and see what it gives you. Try moving more which will give more calories, it takes time to work out what will work for you. Good luck
