I log it under circuit training as well (I asked the same thing a week or so ago! :smile: ) I am on D5 L1 she really kicks my butt....I have a couple other videos of hers. First videos I have actually liked and I have tried many.....(my husband told me I can't buy anymore!) Good luck!

Awesome ladies, thanks! I have been doing it with the 30 day Shred and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and yes it is tough. I'm only on day 5 level one of 30 day shred...I do that everyday and rotate the other two videos and running.....somethings gotta work! The last 10-15 pounds are like glue!

I just ordered the videos too, and I was wondering if anyone was able to find them in the exercise database. I can't seem to? Does anyone know the calorie burn or how do you add it to your tracker?

Well we can all help each other shed all of our baby weight! I knew it was going to be tough, but never this hard. I just ordered Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and it should be here in a couple of days. I have been doing a lot of running too, but I am getting tired of the treadmill and it is too darn cold and icy right now…

I acutally bought it yesterday from amazon along with shred it weights, 6 week 6 pack and Boost Metabolism. I can't wait for them to come! I tried the Shred it weight on Exercise Ondemand and it was tough! Let me know how it goes!
