Hi all! I just did the level 1 20 minute workout of the 30 day shred. Does anyone know what I should log this under? I was thinking circuit training or aerobics but I just don't know..... Any help would be appreciated!

I use a HRM so log it as a seperate exercise. Well worth the effort

I also did this today and was told to do 28 minutes(warm up cool down) of circuit training.

circuit training is the most accurate if you don't have a HRM.

Better if you can meature your heart rate, then use formular to get a better feel for how much calories you've burned. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, do it manually (count HR for 6 seconds, then times 10).
